Moving to remote reviews: a best practice guide for organisations

Summary: Interface Clinical Services has provided a GSK funded Patient Review Service in COPD, which since July 2018 has reviewed more than 30,000 patients with unmet need. The Patient Review Service is delivered as a non-promotional medical service provided by a team of clinical pharmacists and provides full clinical reviews of COPD patients and is designed to assist practices in implementing a systematic approach to the management of patients with COPD to reduce symptoms and the risk of exacerbations. Due to the pandemic they transitioned to a remote review model and share their learns about transitioning large organisations.
